I joined two years ago: July 2022. I was intimidated by the workout. As of today, I've been on the circuit twice (Last week and yesterday). Last week I did 5 weight machines s and 5 step routines. Yesterday, i did all 20. 5 and 5, rest, then the other 5 and 5. I'm ready to include this twice a week hoping to do all 20 with no extra break.

I have issues with my hip, on the left side, and had been doing Physical Therapy until I got put into the ICu three times within one month. I have to go back to the Ortho Dr. but until then, my assistant Josh has me do exercises on both legs, and he introduced me to this piece of equipment yesterday, once we did the Exercises that I was doing at Physical Therapy. Josh is a great friend, and he works me hard, and I am so grateful that he does, because I want my hip to work right again. I want the pain to stop, so I can be comfortable again. I had never used a Stair Master before, and yesterday, when Josh explained it to me, I really had fun, and not only that, I got a great workout. I can't wait to do it again today.
Employees at my PF said i could use it everyday before AND after my workout. They also had UV lights in it the first two weeks because the maintenance crew changed the bulbs with the wrong light. So....I guess my question is should I be doing it once a day, 2 to 3 days a week
Wish that the new treadmills made it easier to shift to two speeds for the Running/Jogging Work out. It is not easy to switch back and forth.
Is there a way to preset a repeating interval. Like 4 mph for 3 minutes and then 8 mph for 1 minute repeated until i stop the workout?
The negative is where the gains are. I hope they improve that with the next versions they come out with and include that.

This glute machine is different from my pf. Ours you have to press your chest against the pad as if you are leaning forward
Planet fitness is the only gym that has this type of work out?
I'm 27 years old, 230 pounds and I'm getting pudgy. I got no one to blame but myself. I ate a bad diet but now I'm ready to change that. Signed up to Planet Fitness today and am going for the first time after work today. It doesn't help I work from home from a desk so I don't move around during work hours. Ready to make that change! No excuses

I've used this machine 3 times. I have large, dark "freckles." (age spots! LOL!) and already, they are fading. One of the machines at my location is very temperamental, I can't always get the vibrating plate to start, but a gentle shaking seems to loosen my muscles. I'll have to try the hydromassage next!

Got one at my location.
I'm not sure where the math went wrong, but apple watch is calculating it higher than it needs to. I had to recalculate mine to < 107, 108-125, 126-143, 144-160, 161+ because I could do a weight lifting workout and 80% of my workout was in zone 1 !! Also, power walking or walking on incline also had me zone 1. I had to literally go for a jog in order for it to go into "zone 2". I noticed this when I started using the Ladder app and it had me in Zone 2 when apple had me Zone 1, which lead me to look into wtf was going on. They need to fix it.

Whenever you select the prefer weight on each machine, you neglect to explain what the yellow knob is for after you select the weight they want to use the yellow knob, what is a for?

This App changed how I view running. Guided easy run is perfect for beginner. I just bring my watch and the phone stays home.
The Barbell weights 20 lbs? I thought it was 45
A normal free-weight barbell is 45, the bar on smith machines specifically can vary but is usually 25lbs.
